Rana Mamdouh

Rana Mamdouh has joined El Sherif Foundation as an Associate in litigation and Corporate Department since 2020. She has wide experience in various corporate matters, including drafting contracts, commercial laws, corporate laws, incorporation of companies, and all other corporate matters.

Before joining El Sherif Foundation Rana has acquired her deep expertise when worked for other various reputable law firms operating in many fields of law, including Shalakany Law Office.

She obtained her Bachelor degree in 2020 and is currently preparing a diploma in the Ain Shams University. Rana is a very hard, highly intelligent and widely experienced attorney. She plans to obtain her Master degree and PhD in the near future.

One of her notable skills is her ability to properly deal with clients, best serve their interest, defend their rights and protect their entitlements while preparing documents or drafting contracts.  She knows how to draft well-balanced contracts that best serve the client’s interest, without prejudice to the rights and entitlements of the opposite party.
